1 Who we are

Taxi 13870 is a dispatch service in Strumica. We take rides by phone, on this site and in the app, and pass them to the drivers.

2 What the service is

We take your ride and find a driver to carry you. The ride itself is driven by the driver, in their car.

We do our best always to have a free car, but we cannot promise one at every moment. If there is none, we will tell you.

3 Your account

To order online you need an account. With it you agree:

to give your real name and a number we can reach you on;
that one number may have only one account;
that until your number and email address are confirmed, the desk may ring you before sending a car;
to keep your password to yourself — you answer for the rides ordered from your account;
that we may suspend the account if it is used for fake rides, to harass drivers or dispatchers, or if you repeatedly fail to turn up for a ride you ordered;
that you can close the account whenever you like — just get in touch.

4 Ordering

An online ride from an account whose number and email address are not confirmed waits until the desk confirms it, usually by ringing you.
The desk may cancel a ride if it cannot reach you on your number or there is no free car.
Any arrival time we give you is an estimate — traffic and weather can change it.
Online ordering may be switched off for a while, for example when there are no free cars. Then ring us.
One account may have up to 3 unfinished rides at a time.

5 Prices

The price comes from the office’s price list: prices by zone in town, set prices to places further away, and the meter on the kilometres of the road. All prices are in denars.

The price we tell you when you order is for the ride as ordered. The final fare can differ if the car waits at the pickup, if you change the destination or if it stops on the way.

Every ride stays on record with the price told and the fare charged. If you disagree with a fare, ring the office on 13-870.

6 Payment

You pay the driver at the end of the ride — in cash, or by card in the car if you chose that when ordering.
Companies may ride on account only by agreement with the office; the invoice is issued once a month for the finished rides.
Paying online is not available yet.

7 Cancelling and no-shows

To cancel a ride, ring the desk on 13-870. The app has no cancel button yet.

Call as soon as you can — the car may already be on its way.

If the driver reached the pickup, waited and you did not come, the ride is recorded as a no-show.

8 In the car

Wear your seatbelt, as the law requires.
Treat the driver and the car with respect.
You pay for damage you cause to the car on purpose or through carelessness.
A driver may refuse or stop a ride if anyone’s safety is at risk — theirs, yours or other people’s.

9 Lost property

If you leave something in the car, ring 13-870 and say when you rode. We will help you find the driver, but we are not responsible for things left in the car.

10 Liability

We do our best for the car to arrive on time and the ride to go safely. We are not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, closed roads or anything else beyond our control.

Nothing in these terms limits your rights as a consumer under the laws of the Republic of North Macedonia.

11 Changes to these terms

We may change these terms; when we do, we change the date at the top of the page. A ride is governed by the terms of the day it was ordered.

12 Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of North Macedonia.

We will try to settle any dispute by agreement first. If we cannot, the court in Strumica has jurisdiction.
