The ride goes to the dispatcher, who sends the car. Under Now you see which car is coming.
The times are for your taps on the screen, not for the car's arrival.

A confirmed account
Confirm once. Then your ride goes straight out.
A car is never sent to a number nobody has answered. That is why an account has two confirmations, and they decide where your ride goes.
- Your number You confirm the phone number is yours with a six-digit code.
- Your email You confirm the address through the link sent to it.
- Straight to the drivers With both confirmed, every ride you order goes to the drivers at once.
Until the account is confirmed you can still order — the ride waits for the desk to ring you and confirm it.

Questions about the app.
Where do I get the app?
From Google Play on an Android phone, or from the App Store on an iPhone. It is free, and the buttons on the Application page take you there. You can also order from your phone’s browser: sign in on this site.
Does the app follow where I am?
No. Your location is read only when you press “Use my location” while ordering, and it is sent only with that ride, so the driver can find you.
Where do I see my rides?
Under “My rides” in your account: every ride with its addresses, the car, the fare and each step with its time. Where the driver’s phone reported it, you will see the route on a map too.
Can I rate a ride?
Yes. After every finished ride you can give one to five stars and write a sentence. You can change it within 7 days, and the office reads every one.
Why does the desk ring me after I order online?
Because we never send a car to a number nobody has answered. Until your account’s number and email address are confirmed, your ride waits with the desk: they ring you, confirm it, and only then pass it to the drivers.
