Frequently asked questions
How do I order a ride?
Ring the desk — we answer 24 hours a day, every day — or order online from your account on this site. The desk takes down the address and sends you a car.
How is the price worked out?
By the office’s price list: prices by zone in town, set prices to places further away, and the meter on the kilometres of the road. Every price is in denars, and the desk can tell you the price before you ride — just ask.
How can I pay?
In cash, or by card in the car. When you order online you choose how you will pay on the order itself; by phone, tell the desk you will pay by card.
Do you drive to the airport?
Yes — to the airports in Skopje, Thessaloniki and Sofia, and to the towns around. For a ride out of Strumica the price is agreed in advance, so it is best to ring and order in good time.
Can a company ride on account?
Yes. By agreement with the office, your company’s rides go on account, and you receive one invoice a month for the finished rides, with a payment term agreed in advance.
How do I cancel a ride?
Ring the desk on 13-870 as soon as you can — the app has no cancel button yet. The sooner you call, the less a driver drives for nothing.
Where do I get the app?
From Google Play on an Android phone, or from the App Store on an iPhone. It is free, and the buttons on the Application page take you there. You can also order from your phone’s browser: sign in on this site.
What do you do with my data?
We use it to send you a car, to let the driver find you and to settle questions about a ride. We do not sell it and do not use it for advertising.
